How Groundwork works

Built by people who have run technology for major venues.

Steve Frost

Steve has led venue technology projects for more than a decade. He entered the industry in 2013 to set up the ICT function for a major Australian stadium when it reopened after a $535 million redevelopment. Through his consultancy, Own the Moment, he has delivered network, Wi-Fi and IPTV work on stadium projects around the country. He also co-founded UMNI, software that lets venue teams run their own IPTV and signage content.

Brett Yorgey

Brett founded and led JayThom, the sports and entertainment technology business that became EngageRM, and took its platform from operating out of Melbourne to teams and venues across the US and UK. Brett designed SportsRM, now EngageRM, on Microsoft Dynamics technologies. It connects ticketing, membership, corporate partnerships and venue operations for clubs and venues. He now leads product for VenueMind.
