Tenetica builds software for the people who run large venues.
Between us, we have set up a stadium's technology from day one, run its event days, and spent more than 25 years building the customer systems that sport and entertainment organisations use to manage members, partners and fans.

Steve Frost
Co-founder
Steve has more than 25 years in IT and more than a decade in venue technology. He was the inaugural ICT Manager for the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority, where he ran the $12 million technology program for the venue's $535 million redevelopment, and he now defines and leads its digital, data and technology strategy on contract. In 2017 he founded Own the Moment, a stadium technology consultancy whose projects include Optus Stadium, GMHBA Stadium, CommBank Stadium, Brisbane Stadium and Marvel Stadium. He co-founded UMNI and is an Australian ambassador for the Global Sports Innovation Center powered by Microsoft.
Brett founded and led JayThom, the sports and entertainment technology business that became EngageRM. He was Managing Director, then Chief Product Officer from 2020 to 2024 after the business took on investment. Under his leadership its platform went from an office in Melbourne to teams and venues across the US and UK, and Brett learned, market by market, how sport and entertainment is run and sold around the world. Its products include EngageRM, built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, which connects ticketing, membership, corporate partnerships and venue operations. A former league footballer, Brett now leads product for VenueMind, software built around AI from day one.
Tenetica puts that experience to work on one problem. Venues hold good data in ticketing, point of sale, rosters and their own reports, but it sits in separate systems and rarely reaches the people making decisions the next morning. Our first product, VenueMind, brings it together, without expensive data warehouses and integrations, to calculate the figures in code and show evidence of where every number came from.
